This website is operated by a sole trader trading as LocsNco, based at Barnhall Meadows, Leixlip, Co. Kildare, Ireland. LocsNco is registered with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) under business name number 679464. Contact: info@locsnco.com.

These Terms apply to the use of locsnco.com and purchases made through the website. Read them together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish or EU consumer law.

2. Using the website

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the site contrary to law, or infringe the rights of LocsNco or another person.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, colours, images, prices and availability accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on screens and lighting. Packaging may change without notice, as long as the product itself remains materially the same.

Where a listing contains a clear error, we may correct it. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected information or cancelling for a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the relevant market. We show delivery charges and any other applicable charges before you submit the order.

The chosen payment provider must authorise payment. We may use lawful fraud-prevention checks and may request reasonable information needed to verify an order.

5. Orders and formation of the contract

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order.

The sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, delivery restrictions or inability to obtain payment authorisation. If we take payment for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund it.

6. Availability and order limits

Products are subject to availability. We may apply reasonable quantity limits, particularly for scarce products, promotions or suspected resale activity. If part of an order is unavailable, we will contact you about the available options.

7. Delivery and pickup

Our Shipping, Delivery and Local Pickup Policy describes processing, delivery, tracking, international charges, and local-pickup arrangements.

Risk remains with LocsNco until the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate, unless you independently engage a carrier not offered by us.

8. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our Returns, Cancellations and Refund Policy sets out cancellation and return procedures. Statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected.

9. Gift cards and promotional offers

Gift cards and promotional offers are subject to any specific conditions clearly provided at the time of issue. Those conditions do not override mandatory rights under Irish law.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw a promotion prospectively, but this will not affect an order already accepted under valid promotional terms.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, your own or properly authorised, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant LocsNco a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content to operate and promote the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.

We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant or infringing content.

11. Intellectual property

The website’s original content, branding, layout and materials are owned by or licensed to LocsNco and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Third-party product names, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The website may use or link to third-party services. LocsNco is not responsible for third-party websites that it does not control. This does not reduce our responsibility for services we use to fulfil our contract with you, including delivery we arrange.

13. Liability

LocsNco does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

14. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website or future orders. The Terms applying to an accepted order will not be changed retrospectively unless required by law or agreed with you.

16. Governing law and disputes

Irish law governs these Terms. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We encourage customers to contact info@locsnco.com first so we can address concerns promptly. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using any court or dispute-resolution option available under applicable law.
